Meg Ryan $14 million Bel Air Home in Los Angeles:Meg Ryan is one of princesses of Bel Air with her mansion on the real estate market recently. According to listing information, this beautifully restored Spanish style home was built in 1931 and has 6,877 square feet of living space, along with 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, plus excellent views of both the city and ocean on lovely green grounds with all the privacy you could ask for. She had listed the compound in October 2008 at $19.5 million but withdrew it from the market at the end of February. Checkout these pictures of the wonderful $14,200,000 mansion. I was just reading some gossip page today and came across Meg Ryan's Bel Air home and found that she had that for rent by owner sign for her Bel Air Home for $40K/month! isn't that something ! of course, I was curious and wanted to see what kind of home she had for rent for that amount of money. Ordinarily, we probably pay like $2K a month for our home and it would be a really big and nice house. But of course, we are talking about Meg Ryan here €“ and well, after a look at her Bel Air home, I can understand why she was asking for so much in 2010. This is the kitchen and it's definitely one of my dream kitchen. I also found out that her Bel Air home was listed for like $14.2 million €“ darn rich right? She has a Spanish style estate and this place was built in 1931. Ocean view and it's like a resort and has lots of privacy.
Charlie Sheen’s Home: A $6.9 Million Purchase by used to be two and a half men:Charlie Sheen has been in and out of the headlines for years. Whether it was his movie roles, his Hollywood antics, his high-profile hook-ups, his fantastically messy divorces, or his multiple drug-fueled public meltdowns, Mr. Sheen has pretty much been entertainment news fodder for the last two decades. While his father and brother, both successful actor/directors, have managed to remain largely away from the public eye, Charlie Sheen has seemed to bask in the attention his infamous behavior brings. His most recent problems led to his being fired from the top rated sitcom in the country, and since then, he has been using his “crazy-boy” reputation as easy entrée to the talk show, and one-man show circuit. He also reportedly receives $250,000 and a private jet to show up at private parties, sporting events, or mall openings. With that kind of cash available to him for simply being his own, screwed-up self, it is no wonder that he is seemingly unconcerned with re-launching his stalled acting career, or cleaning up his behavior in general. One of the ways he has chosen to spend his money is through real estate purchases, primarily in the Mulholland Estates section of Sherman Oaks, California. Most recently, he purchased a $6.9 million, 9,020 square foot, six-bedroom, nine-bath home around the corner from his current residence. The mansion, which was formerly owned by the producer of the film, “Black Swan”, also sports high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, a library, a pantry, a wet-bar, a pool, a spa, multiple living rooms, an office, multiple fireplaces, a massive outdoor veranda, landscaped grounds, and a sunken outdoor kitchen/barbecue area with seating. He reportedly purchased the home for one of his ex-wives or for some other group of women. Who knows? It is difficult to keep up with the actor these days, as his behavior, and his purchases, are consistently over-the-top.
Jennifer Aniston reportedly paid $21 million for this ultra modern Bel Air, CA home:A-List actress Jennifer Aniston reportedly paid $21 million for this ultramodern Bel Air, CA home. Looks like it's time to update the Celebrity Real Estate Heat Map: A-lister of A-listers Jennifer Aniston has reportedly scooped up new mansion for herself in Bel-Air, Calif. The pristine 8,500-square-foot four-bedroom was designed in 1965 by noted Los Angeles modernist architect A. Quincy Jones; after first hitting the market for $29 million in 2008, the house was reduced to some $24 million, at which point Aniston swooped in and scored it for even less: $21 million. The pool looks elegant and modern in keeping with home's overall style. And as if this lucky lady didn't already have enough of them, here are yet some more perks: more than three acres of land, views of the city and ocean, a pool, a guesthouse, a cellar, andlast but certainly not leasta vineyard. Let's not forget to look inside: those distinctly midcentury-feeling interiors boasts gleaming wood floors, full-wall expanses of glass, and some pretty stunning fireplace detail. The living room comes with a lovely view of west Los Angeles. Aniston's had quite an impressive year in terms of real estate. The actress listed and then sold her spectacular Ohana estate, a Beverly Hills beaut that was once featured on the cover of Architectural Digest. She swiftly found another Beverly Hills estate in which to shack up with new beau Justin Theroux. Let's not forget her East Coast accommodations, either: her new SoCal new pad is located just a plane ride away from her nest overlooking Gramercy Park. In short: life looks pretty fine when you're her.
